Rebooker is operated as a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands. For privacy-related questions, contact us at:

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed)
• Contact data you enter: customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, notes
• Job data: job titles, descriptions, status, estimated values
• Usage data: follow-up tasks, email templates, task statuses
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies for authentication and language preference

• To provide the Rebooker service (managing contacts, jobs, and follow-ups)
• To send emails on your behalf (via Resend) when you use the email feature
• To process payments (via Stripe) when you upgrade to Pro
• To authenticate your account and keep it secure
• To remember your language preference (cookie)

We process your data based on: (a) contract performance — to provide the service you signed up for; (b) legitimate interest — to improve the service and prevent fraud; (c) consent — for optional cookies and marketing communications.

We share your data only with the following processors, all of which comply with GDPR:

• Vercel (hosting, EU/US) — vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Neon (database, EU) — neon.tech/privacy-policy
• Resend (email delivery, US) — resend.com/legal/privacy-policy
• Stripe (payments, US) — stripe.com/privacy

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data (contacts, jobs, follow-ups, templates) is permanently deleted within 30 days. Payment records may be retained longer to comply with Dutch tax law (7 years).

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your data
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Complaint — file a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority)

Rebooker uses only essential cookies: an authentication session cookie and a language preference cookie. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics, or third-party advertising cookies.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
