Terms of Service

Rebooker is a web-based follow-up automation tool for local service businesses. It helps you manage contacts, track jobs, and send automated follow-up emails. The service is accessed through a web browser. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

The Pro plan is billed at €19 per month, charged automatically via Stripe. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. The Free plan is provided at no cost and is subject to usage limits described on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. To cancel, use the subscription management portal in the Billing section of your account, or email info@rebooker.io. Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.

Payments are non-refundable. As an exception, if you contact us within 7 days of your first charge and have not actively used the service, we will consider a full refund at our discretion.

• Do not use Rebooker to send unsolicited commercial email (spam).
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not resell or sublicense access to the service.

You are the data controller for any contact and customer data you enter into Rebooker. Rebooker acts as a data processor on your behalf. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR requirements.

Rebooker is currently in public beta. The service is provided as-is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Features may change without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
